The Annual General Meeting of the Rockingham Dog Club will be held on Sunday 17 September 2017 at our clubrooms – Crater Place Rockingham.
The AGM will commence at 9.15 am and will be held between our two training sessions.
Club Members
You are invited to attend the AGM and support this important club event.
Training sessions will be slightly shorter on this day. Members who attend the first training session are asked to remain for the AGM. Members who attend the second training session are asked to arrive by 9.10am.
Nominations
We invite our members to nominate for positions on the committee.
Any member who would like to nominate for a position on the committee, please contact Rob Phillips, President on 0478634404, or see him on Sunday’s at training.
Nomination Forms are located on the veranda. Complete and enclose the nomination form in the sealed envelope marked ‘The Returning Officer’ and place in the ‘Nominations Box’ provided next to the forms.
Head Instructor: Expression of Interest is also sought for this position. The new committee will appoint the Head Instructor at their first committee meeting following the AGM.
Our preferred option is to receive Nominations by Sunday 27 August to enable us to be prepared for any voting that may be required on the day of the AGM.
Nominees must be financial members of the Rockingham Dog Club.
If you would like further information please feel free to speak to a committee member they will be only too happy to help. The committee meet once a month for approximately 2 hours.

Notice of Motion together with a Rationale must be in writing and reach the Secretary by close of business on 28 August 2017.
